Last year I ate a lot because of my laziness because earlier I used to go for a morning walk and my routine became good and my body also became a little better but since I stopped running or going for a walk in the morning, my routine got disturbed and I had to face many physical problems and along with that I had no control over my food. I was also eating a lot of fast food and because of this my health was also getting affected a lot but this time I want to change all these things and will start it soon and I hope that this year will be very productive for me and I will be able to achieve a lot in my personal life.
Look, this is not the only thing, there are a lot of things that we want to get rid of. Firstly, I want to correct my routine a bit, which is my sleeping pattern. Earlier, when I used to go for a morning walk or do some exercise after waking up in the morning. My routine had become quite good because I used to sleep early at night, due to which I used to wake up early in the morning and it was a routine for me, but since I broke this routine, I again got into the habit of waking up at night and I again got into the habit of waking up late in the morning, due to which sometimes I get late in the morning and this spoils our entire routine. These are the only small changes that I want to make.
And one new thing that I want to add to my life this time is that I will interact with as many people as possible and will try to reduce the shyness that I have inside me. This will have a huge impact on my personality. I feel that there are many things that I want to do but I feel very shy. I feel a lot of sinuses due to which I am not able to do many tasks. I feel that if I master my small things, then perhaps I will see a lot of changes in myself and I will emerge as a different person in front of all of you. Let's see what happens. This is a small attempt on my part and I will try to do something different this year which will have a huge impact on my personality.
