Reading from you and other authors so far, I'd say that the outcome of both services are relative but not without some hiccups and glitch.

Nothing is perfect when it comes to services for the population, be it health, security or infrastructure. It would be nice to have free, quality care, but we're still a long way from that. Every day is a day of struggle, we need to have the money to pay for things in the private sector in order to have a bit more quality... Unfortunately, that's how it is.
