Hehe...you have been doing it for a long time and you had no idea. Walking is something I also try to do as often as possible. It should be an important part of our lives.

Exactly my brother, so I highly recommend you to always walk, if the journey you are taking allows you to walk. because, there are so many benefits for body fitness and health that are behind us walking on foot.
