My mom will always tell me if you want to get the heart of your consumer, always be honest with your consumer; if you are sincere, it will attract consumers for you. People will always see you as a special person and the best in the market.
There are some traders, when you come across them, you will ever regret coming to their shop. They are always ready to talk down on their customers; most of them will go as far as telling you to leave the goods you want to buy. This part set of traders I called them troublemakers. I try my best to avoid them whenever I am shopping. They are ever ready to abuse you; if you are not strong, you will break down in tears. I don’t know how to win the heart of their consumers.
The best experience I had with a trader was when I went to the market to buy food for my aunt's toddler. I searched the whole market looking for the toddler food, but I didn’t see it. When I finally saw the baby food, I was happy, and I made payment. When I want to another trader shop to buy provision for the house the woman saw the baby milk i was holding she asked me where i bought the milk she was so surprise seeing the baby milk according to her the factory send in expired milk to the distributors but some traders bought the milk due to the fact that the milk was sold at a cheap price when the buy the will go and rewrite the expiring date. After she told me this, I had to return the milk to the woman I bought the milk from. She refused to collect the milk, but I asked her to refund me my money. She refused. I dropped the milk and went back to the good trader to thank her for saving my little niece. Some people will be like, Nothing concerns them, but this woman was so kind to save a toddler's life. I have not met someone who is sincere like that.
She that day that woman become my customer that particular act made me love her and i make her my consumer.
My worst experience was last year December when i was stocking things for the house i bought a dry fish worth thousands of naira getting home i realize that the dry fish was not good the seller use groundnut oil to rob on the dry fish for it to be shining getting home i realized that the whole fish was not good I turn the fish back to the woman she denied that she didn’t sell any fish to me at that point i was so confused she denied me within a space of some minute there is no word that this woman didn’t tell me she refused to refund me my money the trouble from the woman was too much and the money is so huge i can’t just let the money go like that i have to involve the police that was when the woman accepted that she sold fish to me. She have to refund me my money.
From this experience i got to realize the important of being sincere and honest to people.

Very true, some traders would tell customers to leave especially if they can't afford their goods. Maybe those traders are already made.
Thank God for the good trader, glad such a person was truth and little wonder your cordial relationship with her.
The fish seller was wicked and only reconsidered when the police was involved.
I hate an encounter with a bad trader and that one time experience makes me never to return back to their shop and glad they can't be the only one selling same thing.
