This was dated back to 2016 when I heard of The billion coin (TBC). I knew nothing about cryptocurrency, but how TBC was explained made me key into the system and I acquired $100 worth of TBC. The hope was high. I've pictured what my mansion would look like. The cars in my compound were arranged in the realm.
As I was hoping, I delved more into knowing more about cryptocurrency. Bitcoin was the first crypto I research on. I've been hearing the name but never paid attention. When I understood the concept behind bitcoin, I was keen to make some trade.
I registered on Bittrex.com and started buying coins at a low price and sell when the market go bullish. All these I learned on my own. Still waiting for TBC to make sense, I stumbled on a course for forex trading.
I embraced it with joy because crypto is also traded on the platform. After learning, I tried it out, but my little knowledge didn't help. I lost all my funds.
TBC crashed, and the little money I invested in trading on Bittrex almost got finished when the coin I bought came down drastically. Those were the first lessons I learned after being exposed to cryptocurrency.
Of course, I know a little about cryptocurrency, but I couldn't continue because I had no mentor. I do things on my own and it's not yielding anything. I stopped and lived my life the normal way
After some months, I was invited to join steemit. When I created my first account, I posted for a while, but no vote was coming. I needed money, so everything in my head was money money money.
I later lost my keys when I needed it most, and what else? I created another account @ckole. My interest in cryptocurrency rose, and that mark the continuation of a stopped crypto journey.
I resumed trading, and do more airdrop stuff. I got a lot from the airdrop then because cryptocurrencies were just taking over the market. I minted a lot of doge tokens for free and transferred them to my doge wallet. Since it has no value, I left it there for a long time until I was scammed. I lost hundreds of thousands of doge to hackers, but I didn't feel disturbed because it was worthless then
When dogecoin soared, I went to check my wallet and saw only 77 doge which was worth about $4. I was mad at myself. If I didn't join the platform for doubling my doge, I would have seen all my doge breathing in my doge wallet. It was painful but nearly cannot kill a bird. I missed out.
My cryptocurrency journey continued and I learned in the process. I can now explain more than 20 trading indicators to people who want to learn how to trade. I'm now a technical analysis analyst. In fact, I teach people and get paid for my services.
There's more to crypto. Just as the tech space progress, the crypto world is very much unpredictable. It's NFT and Metaverse now. More is coming. My crypto journey has been so fantastic.
It has helped me secure my ground in the online space
I can effortlessly create coins on the Binance chain
I understand the concept of trading
I can analyze the market to a certain degree of perfection (not 100% though)
I can tell if an asset is worth holding or not and more.
I gathered all this knowledge through constant reading, practice and engagement. There's more to learn. Learning cryptocurrency has to do with practice than theory. The more you do it, the more you learn.
I've lost a lot, but my equity curve since I started cryptocurrency is bullish.
Presently working with some folks to list a coin on BSC and taking steps for IDO. A great journey indeed.
This is my short crypto journey, and learning continues.

Good journey so far, I'm looking for who will teach me how to trade, maybe I have a tutor lol
It would be my pleasure, sir. I'm always available.
The crashing down of coins can be so painful, even heartbreak doesn't come close to it
It's great you knew about Hive and it has helped
Yes, boss. That's just the fact. There's risk in trading, and at the same, it can give you 10 to 100x of your investment. Once you understand the concept and you are disciplined, the loss will be minimal. Thanks, bro.
