Hi everyone welcome to creative Sunday it happens to be the first of its kind in the new year so let me say a happy new year to you all
This weekend was quite packed for me from travelling back to school on Friday in a journey that lasted about 10 hours to having rehearsal on Saturday and then helping a friend with the packup since he was moving from his former place and then having to be in church on time today I felt really stressed and after a long nap when I got back from church I decided to try out something I just had cravings for
Am not such a fan of cooking bet I try my best when I want to so I had some plantain and yam and I need something which could be easily cooked and not waste so much time so I decided I wanted to have some fried yam and plantain with fried eggs too 😎 but on a second thought I decided to try something different
Ingridents
Yam
Plantains
2 Eggs
Onion
Fresh pepper
Seasoning (maggi)
Salt
Procedure
I firstly sliced the yam and carefully placed it in a bowl after which I decided to have the plantain slice as well and then I washed everything together after washing I added seasoning and salt then I mixed it together
After after hand grating my pepper and onion together I set it aside and then I added some water to my friend pan and added vegetable oil so I put it on fire and let it boil for some time after which I added the fresh pepper and onion which are already blended using my hand blender once this was done it was time to add the yam and plantain which I already added salt and seasoning to so I let it boil for some time so while it was cooking I broke the eggs and stared them together
There after I added the egg today whole mix and allowed it to both for a few minutes and the result was amazing and I thought to share this recipe with you it was simply amazing
The reason I decided to have it like this was because I wanted something that gave tr frying vibe with totally having to fry the whole stuff and trust me it was simply amazing and I wanted to get hibiscus 
drink but the vendor who sells told me that her own heart finished so I decided to have it with a malt drink just to wash it down
