A Quick and Delicious Snack Without Cooking: Easy Bhel Recipe
Hello Friends,
Yesterday evening, my children craved something light to eat. Instead of cooking, I prepared a quick and delicious snack that became an instant favorite. Today, I’m excited to share this simple recipe with all of you, now with an added twist of lemon for extra freshness and flavor. Let’s get started!
Ingredients:
Puffed rice (murmura)
Tomatoes (finely chopped)
Onions (finely chopped)
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
A pinch of salt
A pinch of red chili powder (adjust to taste)
A sprinkle of chaat masala
A drizzle of olive oil
Juice of half a lemon (or as per taste)
Instructions:
Take a bowl of puffed rice as the base.
Add the finely chopped tomatoes, onions, and fresh coriander leaves.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt, red chili powder, and chaat masala over the mixture.
Drizzle some olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice for a tangy twist.
Mix everything thoroughly so that all the flavors combine well.
Serve immediately to enjoy the perfect crunch and flavor.
Prepare it right before serving to maintain the crispiness of the puffed rice. You can always adjust the spices and lemon juice to suit your preferences.you like to add green chili also.
My kids absolutely loved this version, and I’m sure your family will too! It’s healthy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make—a perfect snack for any time of the day.
