for sure yes!! but this was the greatest regional war in South America, for now at least!
i have never read about it in our history books, i guess they are more euro-centric...i got interested by your title to read about it😅
It is a very interesting conflict!! But It is is impossible to learn everything in school!! unless you go to a history university so you will have time to learn more about world stuff!
There are books about this conflict but not sure if you can find it English versions !
