I'm not a regular music lover but i love good music and i tend to turn to music anytime I'm sad and not thinking right. When i find myself in this kind of situation i will go to my music gallery and start playing the songs in it, anyone my spirit feels excited about i repeat it over and over again and just like that i feel good.
my kind of music.
Though in the world now, most singers just sing for singing sake, they don't care about the lyrics so they have their liberty to sing what they feels likes but to me i love good, inspiring, gospel music but foregin and local. That doesn't mean i dont listen to other genre of music, i do.
Why gospel?
I remember, there was a time i was feeling so depressed, weak and i needed answers to many challenges i was going through as at that time, after cring my eyes a river, i was still not okay so i just lay there on my bed going through my phone there i scroll to my music gallery played a song and the song was just talking to my inner mind, i was beginning to response to the song so immediately i browse the lyrics and it was just yhe right words i needed to be okay, my spirit was lifted, i smiled.
Music just have away of giving me joy anytime i listen to it thats why i dont just listen to anyhow music since it speaks to my inner mind and my mental health is very important.
