No one can make you sad except you allow it

Has someone ever tried to make you angry before and you keep smiling jokingly to everything he does.

Have a friend done something bad to you before, but because you know him or her, you decide to overlook it. But if an outsider should do same, you will pound on him or her like a hungry lion.

Now that's you allowing yourself to get angry and not get angry sub consciously.

No one can make you sad except you allow it. As human beings, we have been given the power to control our emotions. The ability to love, hate, be happy and be sad is all under our control.

Someone can be doing something really annoying to oppress you, but its you that will decide if you really want to be oppressed. Either by reasoning what the person have been doing or saying or by ignoring him/her with a choice to be happy.
