All of us have daily contact with the shop keeper because we have to go daily to buy things so here we see that in our country there are rich people and poor people so the rich people have collected things for the whole month. Take and the poor people who are there go to take daily because most of the people here are those who earn money daily and then eat bread,
So such people have more contact with this shopkeeper because every day when the goods have to be taken, it is theirs every day you have to go to the shop, there are also big departmental stores and small shops and here first of all I would like to say that in every country there are good people and there are bad people.
So today I will share my two experiences with all people. We are middle class people and we try to collect the week's supplies but still we have to go out everyday to buy other things. If something mobile is needed, sometimes a laptop it has to be fixed. Today's customers have a lot of options, so the shopkeepers should treat their customers well enough to keep them going and buy things.

If he is selling products then he keeps buying things from the same shop keeper, so here I would like to mention that we were buying things from a shop keeper for a long time, first his father used to sit and then his later that shop was opened to his son, so his father was a very wise person, he knew how to treat the kind of customer, so these things did not happen to his son,
So what his son was had a lot of attitude and used to be rude to customers so my experience here was very bad and we had a fight with this guy because he had attitude and sold wrong quality stuff. It was that one my experience was very bad because when we pay money we try to get good quality products.
He was doing the same with every customer so his loss was that some people continued to buy from him and after some time we saw that his shop was closed because of his attitude towards people. It was not and people had other options, they had to do grocery shopping for their home, so they were going to get the goods from another place,

So then it was understood that here now, people have many options and people now want to do their own business more because more shops are opening here, he also lost his father's work because his father was a very hardworking person, so in today's time, the relationship between the customer and the shopkeeper is much more important,
So his the attitude ruined his business and he is still living in trouble because he is also our local resident. So my experience with this one was very bad, so now I am going to share my experience with you which has been very good and we still remember that there was another shop from which we used to buy goods daily. The old man used to sit there first and then his son took over the shop,
His old father taught him all these things, how to talk to customers and how to run his shop on a daily basis. If he wants to improve, he would do it here whenever a customer would come, he would be greeted first, they would know each other's well-being and then only after that the goods would be given to the customer and some discount would be given to the customer.

This is another reason why. The customer must go to the shop where a discount of Rs. There are people here who have been doing grocery work for the last 50 years and now the second generation of them has come to this shop. Their shops are still running because here the customer and the shopkeeper have a good attitude towards each other which is why things are going well.

Give it to me, this thing is more than enough i liked it and till now I buy the goods from the same shopkeeper. This is the reason that when we help each other, respect is created in each other's heart and then we try to make life easier for each other by helping each other.
