Settled! some people think if you're not doing all the vigorous exercises, you are not exercising at all. We don't have to subject our bodies to high pressures before it can be fit. There are many little exercises that we can do that can make our bodies fit if we would be consistent.

Sorry mom😞, I didn't know my mom had a C.S. for someone like her now, engaging something like jogging and weight lifting can put her health in danger. It won't be nice if we end up putting ourselves in trouble because we want to stay fit. Though our bodies needs to be fit regardless of whatever our conditions might be but wisdom in choosing the right kind of exercise should be employed.
