I love your definition of self love, I think the end of it all is about doing something that gives us satisfaction though it should not be negative hehe.
Its nice to know that you haven't been mean to yourself, our Bodies are crucial assets, it is funny how that when they get damaged we may never have a perfect replacement for them again, this is another reason why we must be careful how we treat them.
