Nigeria is made up of different tribes and ethnic groups, the south-east being a faction of Nigeria government and also the centre of the Biafra movement has been chaotic for more than a decade. The issue with letting go of Biafra people by our government is that, they fear if they should allow that it will lead to each ethnic group or tribe rising up and wanting to depart from Nigeria.
The most tragic thing about Biafra people is that, they have their people living in different areas in Nigeria and yet they kill foreigners that step into their territory. Imagine if the rest of the world was acting the way they do, how many of them will remain.
Actually, the Biafra people are very open to visitors. Yes, the south east have not been all that peaceful, but then, hurting visitors is not in our dictionary. Just as we explore other countries and states, we allow strangers to live among us. Follow the rules and we live peacefully.
Here are many foreigners here. Lots of them
