Well, I have already gone through many things, as I told you (and you may have realized this), I have been very intoxicated for years, and I am in therapy detoxifying myself from all those things that make me anxious. The news, WhatsApp chats, constantly having to attend to messages on Discord, etc., are part of that. That's why now I take it differently, to see if that makes me feel better.
