First and foremost I would like to say thank you to @mypathtofire , he is someone that encouraged me to develop interest in blogging on hive network. I have knew about this platform for long but could not register and this is because I don't kind of understand how it work. There was a time that someone introduced me to both hive and read.cash and I registered on both. But I was unable to understand hive platform, so I was only active on read.cash and earning few cash. There was a time that @mypathtofire posted about his achievement and target on read.cash . After reading his article I felt like if someone like him can achieve that then I can do better than him. So I ask him to show me how to earn on hive network and he gave me a beginner's guide link with 10 HP.

At first, after reading the guide I still don't understand it and for more than 5 days I am still not doing anything until recently that I thought, will I let the 10 hive power this stranger that I don't know before but decided to help me, waste like that. I said no and I decided to use the HP wisely and not let him regret delegating me his HP.

His Hive Power encouraged me to want to earn more and I have also decided to grow my Hive Power. Till now, I can't say that I have understood it but I think I have know little. When I searched on Google, I came to understand that I need to upvote to increase my earnings and I have started doing so. But I still think that there are better ways to do so and maybe I might be going against the rules of hive if I do it wrongly.

I know that there are lots of people that are doing well here as I have seen many people's wallet and seen what they are earning and there Hive Power. I would still want some tips from you guys. I want to use the 10 hive power that was given to me wisely and make something reasonable with it. Now it is not up to 20 days before the hive power is collected back. I don't know if there is a way to use that 10 HP and earn 100 HP for myself before 20 days. I will welcome your tips.

Thank you all for reading my post an I wish you will be able to give me tips on how I can be successful here on hive.

Since you asked some direct questions, I will do my best to offer direct answers. Life is not usually so straightforward, so keep that in mind.

Firstly, your posts are your vehicle. With what you share, you get people who decide to follow you or view your work from one place to another. So, in your postings, you decide how you wish to accomplish that.

In my experience, personality does more than generic observations: "People nowadays...", "Want to learn how to make money online?", "Here's how to...", etc. You can form a following about these general advices, but then again, how often would you consume something so vague and widely applicable?

I think people here want to see who @enxx is, however they [read:you] feel comfortable sharing, because desires are transparent and plenty people come only concerned about their wallets. It shows.

Secondly, you'd do well to temper your expectations. As someone five years here, the consistent are rewarded, not the charlatans. Again, keep in mind what you deliver with consistency. Is it a relatable anecdote or a vague look?

Earning comes with regularity. People want to be able to 'know' when you'll share not await divine provenance from you.

Earning itself is an oversimplification. If you get even one penny out of this, you will have earned. But, if you labor endlessly about what to share, just to spit out the same old buzz from other feeds, will that be profitable?

Thirdly, this place is no vacuum. If you crack the code, and find a rhythm for honesty in your sharing, while keeping creative and consistent, you will find that the platform runs on engagement. We would all be shouting at a void if there were no response. Visit other blogs, posts, and connect. Don't force it. If it angers you, say why. If it relates, share how. And even if you're not moved to tears, touch upon what could've been.

Someone will read it, appreciate it, and move forward with the knowledge someone else saw it and commented.

Like I did for you, pay it forward. If you've spent some time here and still haven't caught your cadence, reach back out. I'll offer more insight.
