Good day my lovely people of this prestigious community, I believe our day is going on smoothly, I am happy to participate in this weekly featured contest of #hl-w31e2 which the topic is "STAYING FIT"

Staying fit is most essential activities in human life, being fit is much more important because it burn unnecessary calories in your body, it reduces excess fat in the body, it keeps the body system active and reduce the risk of early death and lower the high rate of cholesterol in our body.

My morning routine is jogging round our estate in the morning with my ear pods plug in my ear listening to music, after my jogging I stretch my body before bathing and preparing for my work.

My evening routine is playing volleyball with my team in the evening after work, this helps me keep fit everyday because during this period I release unnecessary calories in my body and it makes my breath refresh and help me stay agile.

Staying fit is not much different from eating healthy, staying fit requires exercising the body always even when the duration is just 1hr per day, it keeps you healthy and lower the chances of having cardiovascular diseases in our body system and also lower the risk of stroke and hypertension in our body.

Eating healthy helps our body system to reduce cholesterol, though staying fit and eating healthy works hand in hand because good food makes you look good and refresh, like after a morning exercise eating fruits is the best and waking up to drink a glass of water everyday helps to transport nutrients to the cells and also regulate body's temperature.

Staying fit and eating healthy helps the body to be in good condition and reduce the chances of getting sick and having internal diseases.

Both works hand in hand to acheive a great result. When we exercise, we should also eat healthy meals to complement the workout we have done and that will help us stay fit.

It's very important for us to keep fit for healthy living. Staying fit can be achieved when we disciplined our selves to do it.
