Are we free? Can we truly say that we can do whatever we like, whenever we like, without fear of consequence or reprisal? The answer definitely is NO.
The ability to make decisions and carry them out without outside pressure or restriction is a common definition of freedom. But as we work through the challenges of everyday life, it becomes more and more obvious that we do not have complete freedom.
Our daily lives are formed by a whole lot of laws, regulations, and social norms that restrict our actions and limit what we can do. From the laws that prohibit us from harming others to the social conventions that dictate how we interact with one another, we are constantly being guided and constrained by forces beyond our control.
One of the primary limitations on our freedom is the existence of laws and regulations that govern our behavior. While these laws are often designed to protect us from harm and promote the greater good, they nonetheless restrict our ability to act as we please. For example, we are not free to drive our cars at whatever speed we like, nor are we free to take whatever we want from our neighbors without their consent.
There are punishments for disobeying every law in my country it is just that people who are put in place to discipline them are the thieves who are after their pockets, last week I was out with my brother, and before leaving the house he told me that some of his car document had expired, I asked him why he hasn't renewed them but his reply shocked me.
He said he had been giving money to the policemen on the road anytime he passed, but that day I told him that I had the feelings that they would catch him and pay heavily for it, he ignored me and went ahead with his journey, lo and behold, we were caught and his car was tolled to the police station, he was asked to go and renew his car document before coming to pick his car who h he had no option than to do, some laws are been made for our good and we are never free if we go against it.
Also taking what doesn't belong to us is punishable under the law, we are not free to take what doesn't belong to us, as a good parent this is one of the duties we need to focus on, we train our children before it goes out to the public, we direct them not to take what doesn't belong to them even in the home because charity begins at home.
I believe if our freedom is unlimited then people who will oppress others without fear of consequences will be unlimited as well, we all know that if you kill a person then you will be killed as well, the fear of being killed has restricted so many people from carrying out their bad behavior, though some people are still killing others like ram and get away with it but in a well law-abiding country you can never get away by killing others which makes our freedom limited.
Going through this does not mean that we are not free at all. Our freedom may be limited, but it is still possible for us to make choices and act upon them in meaningful ways. We can still choose our careers, our relationships, and our hobbies. We can still express our opinions, practice our faiths, and participate in our communities.
In all of this, while our freedom is limited, we can still struggle to create a society that is fairer and more equal. We can still advocate for changes to our laws and social standards, promoting greater freedom and equality for all. We may continue to fight to remove oppressive power systems while promoting more equal treatment and integrity.

Freedom doesn't mean being able to do whatever you want. Freedom means living well within the rules, with fundamental rights, freedom of speech, and everything else.
Thank you for your contribution
Freedom is a very extensive word and it seems to me that it depends on the context in which it is used, for example, everyone is free to think that there is no freedom, and that in itself is a great contradiction but makes a lot of sense.
It is the beauty in itself of freedom.
It is a fact that there are strictures on us and we cannot speak the truth, those who do are punished, then no one speaks the truth in this way and this is how life is going on and on.
It is better to stay mute and be safe than to be a spokesman and be in trouble, Everyone is afraid of losing their lives
