Oh my goodness, I really feel for you - and wish I could send you some of our chilly Scottish island weather to help cool you down <3 When I lived down south and worked in a glass office that was like a greenhouse, I'd sit at my desk with my feet in a bucket of cold water. Wow. You are kind. Such method would definitely keep you warm all day. But here, nothing like cold water because we aren't even given light to make things cold and cool for us here. It's a tough situation for us in my country. Lol
