RE: Labour market and the perfect wages and salary for workers .

I believe in decent salaries for all and that the minimum wage can cover the basic basket of each worker, but depending on their profession they should charge a little more, in my country this was implemented so that everyone was paid the same and it was a disaster, believe me I lived it and in my case the teachers preferred to leave their jobs because they did not feel valued, for example a friend of mine in special education stopped working and preferred to work as a worker because the workers were paid the same as a teacher, so many teachers left their positions.

This is yet another point of view and that your country did implementing that leaves a lesson for us all to learn from.

A teacher shouldn't place her worth on how much she receives. We should first value ourselves and what we do before other people can value us.
Because of the challenges of getting jobs and differences in payments alot of people have chosing career paths they do not find pleasure doing.

We should engage in jobs that we love for our various career and if the salaries are equal in all sector and job is easy to find, I won't chose farming over teaching if teaching is my passion for instance. That way people wont be switching jobs because the pay is the same, but they would rather switch to do the jobs of their passion.

Thanks alot ,I truly appreciate your engagement on this

Yes, I think that many times that is the problem that the vast majority of people work to earn more money and not because they are passionate about that work, but let's be more realistic, not only work for pleasure, but to sustain us, this is not sustainable anywhere in the world you say that there should be a standard of payment, which should be according to the level of knowledge and school qualification. If it were like that, people with more education would be paid more and be richer.

I can name 50 richest people in the world, some did not even graduate from high school and the vast majority do not even have a university degree, having the best grades and having many university degrees does not guarantee success and wealth in life, that is what we have been sold to dominate us I have 2 careers and I am studying while I work and barely make ends meet.

You are totally right dear.
Work should be sustainable too.
Anyone can chose a career path and be rich outside educational. These ones chose their own path and what works for them. They are self employed and do not work under anyone, they are entitled to their pay and can chose to pay themselves whatever amount they desire from their businesses.

This is possible too.

But have you thought about these rich men employing people with higher educational qualification and chosing to pay them peanuts in their various countries?

A form of regulation has to been in place regarding the appropriate income for labor employers in general both for those under government or others in private sector.
Educated people should be paid more but paradvebture some some uneducated ones have businesses and are self employed ,they can get richer been in control of their money .

Come to my country, you will see an governors with preliminary school certificates dictating what a professor should earn. And such people are not even qualified to be in government compared to these highly educated ones.

I totally understand your points dearie, they are very much enlightening and I'm glad you didn't hold them back.

Of course I thought about it my friend and I also understand your point of view, but what I want you to understand is that what you are suggesting will never happen because that would destroy a system that has millions of years in which the raw material are the poor, I hope to be wrong and someday see that system of which you speak sorry for bothering many times I am somewhat intense have a good day
