There are different kinds of crimes being committed today and there are others that can be justifiable as well and I feel the law shouldn't have it course on them. It's possible there's a law that backs such act I don't really know anyway.
The theme for this edition is quite amazing and it really took me a little time that I had to consult my beautiful wife for some insight into the subject matter.

The motive behind what we do is what matters most. Some may look innocent but deep within their heart is an embodiment of negative thoughts whereas there are some that may laugh with you but they don't mean it from the bottom of their hearts. All these variance is what makes individual unique and also our motive differs as well.

There are so many crimes some people committed today that as far as I am concerned is justifiable. I will be sharing a two different life stories. The first was the incidence of a rapid case. It involves a young lady that was so beautiful to behold. Some hoodlums storm into their house for unknown reasons. Before you know it, boom one of them was on her making demand that he wants to sleep with her. After a couple of minutes of debate and argument, she eventually pretended as if she has accepted. He never knew her next plan on how to deal with him.

Immediately he pulled off his genital to enter her, she quickly held it tenaciously and pulled it very well as if it would cut. He started shouting uncontrollably as if he would die. Later he narrowly escaped for his life. The big question now is if this case gets to the court of law, should this beautiful lady be convicted for the act of attempt to commit murder? Or should the guy be apprehended for the crime of rapid?
For me this lady really tried to help and deliver her self. The motive was very cleared and justifiable.

The second incidence was the one that involved me even though not directly but I was at the premise of the event. It was one night as my elder brother and I were living in the boys quarter we started hearing sporadic gun shoot and sound within the compound exactly around the main building flat. After a while, they struggled to breakthrough the sitting room door. Finally they forcefully entered and suddenly locate1qqqqqqqd a room. Unfortunately a pastor that got married newly was inside with his wife.

Immediately one of the robbers enter with his weapon he said, your money or your life. All of aqq sudden the pastor jumped up and grabbed him on the neck. A fight broke out and the door locked up. Later the remaining ones noticed that one of was trapped in pastor's room, they picked up some weapons to come and help their colleague. After a force push on the door, it opened. They wanted to hit the pastor with the log of wood but it finally landed on the thief's head. Blood started gushing out. They managed to pick him and ran away because they noticed the presence of security personnel.

It was later told that the guy couldn't survive it because the beating was too much. In this case now has the pastor committed murder??? Is this justifiable? Let's hear your perspective in the comment section.

This is my entry for week 147 edition 3 engagement in hive learners community.
Thanks.

These two cases actually made laugh, it is really a turning around of event. I believe it is a self defense case. So, no punishment should be attached to it. My opinion though.

I think the reason the crime was commited should be checked too before we judge a person.

Hello there, sir. In the case of rape, it is a case of self defence. No punishment should be given. Thanks for sharing, sir.
