During my secondary school days, the senior student would ask us the junior student to squat and fly our arms for hours and this hurts so much but it became part of me. Now for most of the things I need to do that require bending down, I would rather squat. This has helped me to shape my hips.
I do a regular workout section at home and this is how it goes for me.
Immediately I wake up in the morning before I leave my bed I do 10 -15 sit up.
I take a glass of water to help my bowels free, then I do the needful for the family and set out to work. I take the public bus to work so I have to work to the bus station and climb the pedestrian bridge. If am not late to work I do it twice. On the free way and the step. Someone has asked me before if I do it on purpose or I always forget something funny 😄. All I do is just to keep fit in the morning.
I always skip my breakfast and take lunch with some fruits and vegetables.
Come back from work I take the same government bus and take a walk back using the same pedestrian bridge but the time just once.
I try to eat dinner before 7:00 pm if I can and skip the rope to 50 before I take a bath and pray and go to bed.
At weekends when I am free I go to the gym use their treadmill and other gym equipment.
This is how I have stayed fit and maintain my weight at 65kg.

Thank you for reading. This is in response to the #Hivelearners community contest week31 edition two. Topic title staying fit.
