Sriracha Noodles is a combination of chicken and noodles along with a lot of spicy sauces which enhance its beauty for the those who are having good taste buds. As everyone knows noodles typically originated from China but some says different that it is originally came from Middle East or Central Asia but who cares. xD We want to just eat yummiest dishes. :P

Let's get started with recipe:

⚡️ Ingredients:

Long Spaghetti450g
Oil5-8tbsp

Chicken300g
Capsicum1-2cups
Carrot1cup
Cabbage1-2cups

All Sauces & Spices

NameQuantity
Soy Sauce1tbsp
Vinegar2tbsp
Salt1/2tsp
Black Pepper1tsp
Chicken Powder1tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce1tbsp
Oyster Sauce1tbsp
Sriracha Sauce2tbsp
Chilli Sauce2tbsp

Method:

Let's start making the sriracha noodles. Pardon me, I misspelled on the writing board but that's okay. I gathered all of the ingredients on the table so that I can cook stress-free.

Meanwhile, I boiled the water with 1 tbsp salt so that I can boil the long spaghettis. After boiling, I set aside the noodles with 1tbsp oil so it won't get sticky together.

After boiling spaghettis, I added oil and chopped garlic to the wok and sautéed well.

Now I added Julian cut chicken pieces and cooked until the colour changed and tendered completely.

I added Julian cut carrots first to sauté because it takes slightly more time to cook than other veggies. Give 2-3 minutes and stir well.

No add spices to the pan, I added chicken powder first. Make sure you add salt accordingly because the chicken powder contains salt too

Here I added 1/2 teaspoon salt to the pan and mixed it well.

At this stage, I added all types of sauces which I mentioned above to the wok and mix it very well so it enriches the falvour.

Now I added capsicum and cabbage to the wok and mixed it

At the last stage, add boiled spaghettis and mix throughly so all of the spices can incorporate with noodles. This is how it will be flavourful. Serve hot and enjoy 😉
