Chocolate Chip Blondies

in Hive Learnerslast year

Happy Sunday Everyone,

Hope your weekend is going so well like mine. The day went so hectic and tired this is why I am posting so late but my day went crazily productive. I mean the last day was not well means I didn't cook anything at home that's why ordered from outside. But today, I cooked at home in the early morning and had a breakfast then I started working on my Art projects.

I had recorded one of my baking recipe last week but forgot to take pictures of every step separably then I opened the recorded video and took screenshots of every step to post here as a creative Sunday. Hope you guys won't mind because everything is cleared. Let's begin,

Chocolate Chip Blondies

Chocolate Chip Blondies is a baking dish which is an alternative to brownies I must say because I liked its taste more than brownies. Blondies and Brownies have a huge difference in terms of heaviness. Your stomach will feel full if you eat one brownies but eating blondies 3-4 like you eat nothing which means its so lightweight and delectable.

Let's get started with recipe:

⚡️ Ingredients:

For Noodles

NameQuantity
All Purpose Flour1 & 1/2 cup
Melted Butter1/2up
Vanilla Essense1/4tsp
Eggs2PC
Dark Brown Sugar1cup
Baking Powder1/2tsp
Chocolate Chip1/2 cup

Method:

First thing is first that gather all of the mention ingredients on top of the countertop so you can easily bake your dish. Here I have placed everything on the tables as you can see the below image:

Take a large sized bowl and whisk then crack two eggs to the bowl like this:

Add Vanilla essence to the bowl

Add dark brown sugar to the bowl too which is a key ingredient of this baking dish so make sure you add the darker shade brown sugar. Now whisk all of it very well..

IMG_5784.jpg

Melt the room temperature butter in the oven and let it cool for a bit then add this butter to the bowl

Mix it the above mixture first then add baking powder and sifted all purpose flour and mix with the help of spatula

Add chocolate chip at the last and mix gently so chip won't broke before baking.

Now pour this batter in the lined baking pan which is 8 by 8 inch

Now bake it in the pre-heated oven for the good 20 minutes but check with the toothpick in between right after 10 minutes if its cooked or not.

Its ready now. Here is the final look: Enjoy it with Ice Cream or as it is. <3
