Singaporean Noodles Step-By-Step Guide

Hope everything is going well at your side. My day is going so slow due to a lot of hectic tasks but going well. Now, I'm here to share #creative-sunday post with all of you.

Sunday is dedicated to create something unique and admirable. You guys can also show your creativity on every Sunday as I'm going to show you a step-by-step guide to make a yummy noodles dish. Its called as Singaporean Noodles. Please go through all of the post to get to know how to make yummiest noodles for yourself at home.

Singaporean Noodles

Singaporean Noodles dish was originally created in Hong Kong right after World War II by Cantonese Chefs. So this dish served in a Cantonese-style which doesn't only looks appealing to eyes but worth to taste. Its every bite make you feel special and turn you into the heaven. Just try it and enjoy it.

Let's get started with recipe:

⚡️ Ingredients:

For Noodles

Oil5-8tbsp
Chopped Garlic2 Bulb
Green Chillies4-5PC
3 types of Capsicum2-3cups
Black Pepper1tsp
Vinegar2tbsp

For Chicken

Chicken1/2kg
Salt1/2tsp
Black Pepper1tsp
Chicken Powder2tbsp
Garlic Powder1/2tsp
Onion Powder1/2tsp
Soy Sauce1tbsp
Vinegar2tbsp

For Sauce

NameQuantity
Mayonnaise1/2cup
Yogurt1cup
Siracha Sauce2tbsp
Tomato Ketchup4tbsp
Black Pepper1tsp

Method:

First off, we need to marinate the chicken. For this, you need to cut 1 inch sized chicken cubes like this as you can see in the below image.

Here are the total spices which will go into the chicken for marinating. I mentioned all spices above. Soy sauce and vinegar will go into this too.

Now put all of the mentioned spices into the chicken cubes and marinate well with the help of spatula or hands. Leave it for half an hour at least before cooking.

After half an hour, cook it on the medium to low flame without oil until fully tendered and reduced all of the chicken water and set aside.

Now cut all of the veggies you need and set aside like this.

Now roast the sliced cut 1 bulb of garlic and 3 green chillies until the crispy then set aside. It will be added on top of the noodles layer while serving.

The rest of chopped garlic and green chillies will be used to make noodles. Here I am sautéing it in oil.

Now add all cut veggies into it and sauté well. After this, add vinegar, soy sauce, and black pepper to the veggies.

Add the boiled spaghetti to the pot and mix well. Set aside for the later assembling.

Now take yogurt to the jar and add hot siracha sauce

Add half cup of mayonnaise for the creamy texture

Add ketchup too for the tangy flavour

Now mix everything altogether very well and set aside.

Now its time to assemble everything into the main serving dish. I first layered the spaghetti on the surface of the dish. Then I added cooked chicken on top of spaghetti layer. Pour the prepared sauce on all over the dish.

Then add the roasted green chilli and garlic on top of the noodles and serve. This is how it looks like when you assemble it properly.
