Hello, guys, I trust your day went well as mine was amazing.

Your Favorite Music

Music is something I love, although I don't consistently listen to it as some do, but whenever I am in the mood and I pick up my playlist, I hit it down really hard and there’s no turning back.

For me, music is a sort of refresher for me; when I listen to music, it should be one that calms and refreshes my soul. I find those types of music that are usually loud and noisy a bit off, because they just don't do me any good other than give me headaches sometimes, and this sort of music is what is in vogue nowadays, especially in my country.

I have so many favorite music, maybe because as the days go by, I stumble on more music choices that are appealing to me. I've had different favorites at different times. There was a time when I was nursing a loss and I heard the song 'Supermarket Flower' by Ed Sheeran, how I managed to stumble upon it at that time of my life was a miracle because I found it soothing to my aching heart during those periods.

According to what I found out the song was more of a tribute to his grandma whom he grew up with and had just lost. The lyrics of the song were really encouraging.
There was a line that said .....

'I hope that I see the world as you did, cos I know, the life we love is the life that's been lived'
I was consoled that my relative had lived a life that was worth emulating and was going to a better place.

Recently, while returning from work together with my colleague, she had on a headset and was just lost and immersed in the song she was listening to, she said it was a song she recently came across and didn't know if I would like it. She went ahead to ask what kind of song I listen to, and I described the types of songs that I love and in no time she gave me her headset to listen to the song.

I listened to the song, it was titled 'The Sunshine' sung by a band called Infinity Song. I was hooked when I heard the song, the vocals, the harmony, the lyrics and everything put together was something I really enjoyed. Ever since that day, it's been at the top of my playlist.

The thing about me is if I hear a tune or song that I really like, it would be on my lips for a very long time until I must have immersed myself in it and become saturated hehe.

I had to go through their album, I liked what I heard, I discovered that the four members of the band are siblings and I was really intrigued, I'm all out for family doing great things, and this is one, so I was appreciative.

So yeah these are my two favorite songs presently, I'm not really a one favorite person, I usually have favorites, as I usually I'm not able to decide which should be the favorite, or rather I just loved them all as much, hence the favorites instead of favorite.

Thank you for stopping by ❤

Loud music isn't good (like noise) when we aren't in the mood. It's just good that we have a million options and choose those our soul connects with.

I love these songs💗

I thought I was alone on this thought. I'm glad you like the songs.

Like you, loud music gives me a headache and I don't like when that happens, lol!

I enjoy Ed Sheeran's :)

I choose to listen to songs based on my mood, but loud tunes aren't part of it.
I like your choice of music, cool and meaningful.

The song of Ed Shareen that you are talking about, I had heard it when his song Shape of You became famous. However, I heard this song much later and I did not know that this song was a tribute to his grandmother. But at that time, I must have heard that song only 1-2 times.
