How to deal with mental health in myself

A very interesting topic for me to tell today in life, life experiences or twists and turns in life everyone experiences almost the same thing, it is important for me to talk about mental health, many ways to overcome it, like the experience about 10 years ago, I was working in one of the offices that was engaged in food, being a boss and having a lot of crew it was very difficult to supervise it. At that time I felt that my mental health began to be disturbed due to the pressure from above that constantly executed me to be the best, I felt that everything was wrong at that time, indeed I had a hard time agreeing that to be and supervise my subordinates.

I am almost every day called by the manager to explain incident after incident in the field, because working in the food sector which is very prioritized is discipline and cleanliness, now these two things make me have to be really able to overcome it, you can imagine that I have to escort about 50 employees who have different traits and characters, I am just stressed because some people I have made some mistakes while working, with various types of dispositions and characters I have to be able to master them all, so.... In my mind, I had said that I would rather just leave this company, because I could barely handle it.

Before my mental health deteriorated of course I had to be able to cope with it as soon as possible, for me my mental health was very valuable, I had to optimize as much as possible before this really happened to my mental health, working almost 12 hours in one day made me quite tired, there was no time for me to play while calming my mind, You can imagine for yourself the two problems that I continue to face with professionals in the employment contract tie, after I was called several times by my manager, it was said from the mouth of my boss that if you don't work, it's better for you to just come out a sentence that is quite spicy out of the mouth of my boss makes my mental health worse.

One day after I worked, I came home and went into my room reflecting on the incident of some of my men's behavior, I needed a solution to prevent this incident from happening again, I started to divide a little of my free time to enjoy the holidays with my friends, that way maybe my mental health problems were a little less. Whatever the problem, if we are smart to take the solution, maybe our mental health will be fine, listening to music and exercising is also one of the solutions that is very good if to overcome mental health in us, with the lifestyle in this day and age, we can see how people highlight their advantages from the wealth they have, competition in life is a common thing today.

Currently I have started to prioritize my mental health, because I think my life journey is still long, of course mental health is very worthy of being prioritized over other things, because I think if our mental health has begun to be disturbed it will be very detrimental to ourselves, we must find various ways to prevent and overcome it, There is no word to give up in solving a problem, if this incident continues to be hidden, of course a big problem will happen to us next, I consider that by locking ourselves in the house it is an action that does not need to be done because until at any time you will not get the right solution, learn to go out in the room with us to meet many people, maybe the mental health in us will be well maintained.

With some of the ways I took finally my mental health started to normalize again, and I am currently no longer working in the place where I used to work, for now I feel more comfortable managing my own plantation and there are some plants in it, the pressure on my mental health is starting to be the same as before, which means that there is too much load on my brain to be able to cope with it, I was at that time after serving for almost 15 years in the company and I decided to leave the company, until now thank God my mental health has been under control.
