Things are not going to be the same forever. This is a critical say that could be taken for just a mere side talk but you gat try to get more in talk. Today is another day of our lives struggles and in what so picture it may have starts it being in life , it is our responsibility to create a definition of today in our tomorrow's presentation's.
Before going to give reason for my today's post contents, I find it good to extend greetings to the curators, my friends in all the community I had and thinking to identify with. I appreciate your time, support and time. Happy Saturday to you all. From my country home of the world, I strongly remembered you love.
It has been on my mind from a before today that I will share a life principle with my friends around me and especially on Hive platform.
"I am going tell us about setting an objective for everything we need to do so that we can get the better of our engagement.
Setting up an objective is a step where we think of how to go into a new life struggles with a guided step-plans. It may be a simple single sentence of mission that you can use to climb through your plan drives before getting the goal. We must have a definitive guide edition on our mind if not, success will make it self difficult to get.
An objective outlines the key and, important ingredients in our work option. Let look at it this way,, like in today's weekend, this Saturday you to have a meeting to attend and on personal ground you hate going to meeting, you considered meeting as interminable, unproductive, boring and argumentative. You already know that some people from indication wii eventually going to be there and will talk you bad to a reaction. Knowing well that your opinion will certainly be source for. So, all you need do is to think a step ahead.
You're expected to have input in the discussion. So, not to be seen as taking a stand up against matter on the table, you will have to bring the ideas to build the meeting more greater in a short but little longer than today. Adviced a plan and call for positive inputs from others to make meaningful contribution. Tell the audience it's all good to have plans and not just gathering to share items 7 only but to do to give back to the society good purpose.
Tell the audience, you will only speak on matters that you know and understand that are relevant to the society and no matter what anyone do to spoil your background, you ain't going to rise to challenge their decision because you are a man with different positive thinking. Make everyone get to work by thinking of what to present to the meeting in months time. By so doing, you have succeded in saving the day meeting of unecessary argumentative hours.
Suppos you are to present a report to the finance committee on how to grow the strength of the meeting to attend to members social and economic challenge. You know the finance committee can spend hours putting things in order and talking about irrelevant ideas such as how to make one better than the other or to mix yougurt and beans. In this picture, all you need to do is to present them with the cost of doing the possible project without much saying. By so doing you will not be caught up in the argument of attractive where a product will be said to have been better than the other. So,, just think of having an objective.
At the committee, 'tell them you are there to present your report and, once comments have been made, there comes your excuses then, take your leave. But for obvious reasons the committee insists to discuss matters that are not relevant to your being there, just make them to understand this:
**** What is the problem
**** Solutions to the problem
**** How to solve the problem and
**** Ways to prevent the problem from re happening
Lastly, take your leave.
MY WEEKEND ADVICE:
"Know your Role. " Your role is how you fit into the team because, we are all a team members. Be part of this Day and the Change.
