It's amazing how far the featured weekly edition of the hive learners community has come, 100 weeks is no easy feat, I won't say I started with the week 1 edition, as I was a non-hiver then, but I was one of the early authors few weeks after, Hive learners was my haven on hive as an early author, a novice not sure of what I was doing on hive, everything seemed vague, my on boarder told me I needed to be an active engager and writer, but where do I start from? Then I got introduced to the Hive learners community, just like the direct meaning, I learned a lot about Hive here in this very community, the weekly featured topics made it easy for me not to think about what to write about, and
the more exciting thing was that these topics were relatable to our daily lives and experiences so it was easy to write about them, and line I stated in my previous week 100 post, hive learner's posts became like my online diary, helping save memories I write about, I can easily go back to them, get emotional, have a good laugh or just feel good with the thought of his far i've come to be a better writer and Hiver in the space of this 100 week, a huge appreciation goes out for that.

Lesson Learned from the featured posts
I learned to believe in myself also to be committed to whatever I do because that"'s how we mark progress, through consistency and hard work, looking at how far the Hive Learners weekly featured edition has come, it wouldn't be possible without the group of committed and hardworking mods, curators and the community at large, working together to keep every week's edition running smoothly.
My achievement on the blockchain
Did you know that this very author glorydee who now receives Hivebuzz weekly badge every 7 days used to be a writer who never believed in her capabilities as a writer and left her blog dormant for months after registering on Hive, the story is changed now, and Hive learners community have a huge role in that progress, last year was about discovery myself on hive m, and so I did, with the knowledge gathered so far, one of my new year resolutions is not to skip a day of posting and engaging, no matter how busy I get this year, one month in 2024 is gone already, and so far, I've stuck to this resolution, and I hope to do so the end.
Early Mistakes
Making mistakes only helps us do it better the next time, when we make sure to learn from it, one of the issues I had in my early days on Hive was paying attention to contest rules and the correct tag usage, so this had me miss out on curation do many times, since my post might be hiding in my blog and without the right tag, I felt bad fir putting in so much effort and missing out, but thankfully, I met some kindhearted authors who pointer out my mistake, and corrected me, also referring me to the contest announcement post, which I do pay close attention to from that time henceforth, till date, I'm used to following the rules and using the proper tags, my posts aren't hidden to the right audience anymore.
Misconceptions about Hive?
I don't think I had any misconceptions about Hive, everything was new to me, and I was open to learning new things, thankfully I was here in time when admission was open and got accepted into the Hive Learners Newbie Initiative program where I learned a lot of things about Hive and became a better hiver, I'm still on the path of learning new things, as learning never stops.

The benefits of a community to guide newbies through the neighborhood can not be underrated. As a newbie now, I am wondering if Hive Learners has a 'new beginners' or 101 level for those of us just moving in.
I missed the opportunity of joining hive learners when I initially joined hive.
Glad you didn't miss that opportunity.
