Wow I didn't know working on a computer in a dark room wasn't good.
I usually do it because i love staying in dark. Even when i want to chat at night i switch off my light.

if it is in the night, yes but then i know the feeling of chatting in darkness especially when you are chatting with hmm hm hmm , so probably once in a while, you can chat in darkness but it must not be too much , most time let there be light around you
