Hey All,
I was browsing through my X feed and saw this thumbnail image which talked about solving any problem at hand. In this freewriting blog post I am going to attempt and try putting in my thoughts on this topic and the approach one should be taking to solving problems they are currently experiencing. There is no doubt about it that there are N numbers of problems we fall into in our daily life. Wouldn't it be nice to have a life hack about the common problems and how to solve them. Here is the image that talks about those common problems and a solution associated to them.
I will not go into detailing all the problems but what is more important is to focus on finding practical solutions and taking proactive steps to address them effectively. Lets take one example here with a common problem we all face in our LIVES which is I am BUSY, No free time I am BUSY, I am sure this word BUSY takes a lot of our precious time and we are just using it as an excuse to avoid prioritizing what truly matters in our lives. And just have a look at an easy solution that has been provided in the above image for being too BUSY. In case your are too busy in LIFE then just embrace doing nothing for a while, just take a break for sometime like 30 minutes to an hour so that you can recharge your mental batteries and reassess the situation for which you are saying that you are too BUSY and not able to address a situation in hand.
It could be anything and just as an example we can take any family matter where your presence is necessary and cannot be avoided. So are we so much BUSY that we cannot give time to the family? Hence comes the solution which is like take a break reassess the situation and then take the right call and not just avoiding the situation by saying I am BUSY and getting away with it. To be honest, I really liked the above thumbnail and is a good #lifehack that can be referred at any point in time when we are dealing with most and simple problems in LIFE. I did like to abut one other such common problem in LIFE which is being IN DOUBT - what to do? The answer is just simple here seek for advice to gain new perspective and insights. Its just that simple why do we want to complex the situation. There is no harm seeking advice from people you trust and at times others preceptive do matters a lot and it can help you eliminate that doubt situation you are into. All the problems are problem because we treat them as a problem :) It's easy to advise, but literally, you feel the pinch, if you are doing it all alone ( which is the case now).
