There are good and bad humans in every sector, and in the case of traders, it's the same. Some traders are very polite and honest, and again, some of them are the opposite. Everyone wants to be friendly with good people and try to maintain distance from bad humans, and it's a very natural thing.
Traders sell their products for money, and customers buy the products based on their needs by paying cash. From this perspective, the relationship between customers and traders is purely for business, and there is no need for any emotional attachment. But we can see a different situation in real life. We love to buy products from specific traders for a maximum time. Have you ever thought why?
Obviously, it's because of the good behavior of the trader who earned our trust by good behavior. If any trader behaves well and approaches us in a friendly manner, we try to be friendly with the trader. For the sake of friendly behavior, most of the time, we end up buying the products for the traders. So, in business, the relations between trader and customer play a very important role. In the long term, the good behavior of a trader helps to get permanent customers.
Let me share the story of a good trader. In my childhood times, sometimes I went shopping with my father or someone elders of my family. I was a kid at that time, and as a kid, chocolates and biscuits were my favorites. I didn't miss the opportunity when I got the chance to eat those. There was one trader who used to talk with me and ask about my studies, and so many things didn't matter; we bought things from the shop. He used to offer me chocolates and biscuits whenever he saw me. He had done the same things for several years, and it was a pure loss for the trader, but I think he had done it because he was kind to me. I stopped taking things from the traders for free because my mother said not to take things for free, as he used to give little things free many times. The bond between me and him was very good, and when I started to buy things for my family after growing up, I would buy things from his shop. I never thought to visit a different shop unless I was forced to. As far as I know, the trader has never done any cheating with anyone. I think I was impressed by his kindness since my childhood. The trader is still alive, and I still go to his shop when I visit the village, even if I don't need to buy anything. I ask about his health condition and how his business is going. He also has many things to ask me.
Let's talk about a bad experience. A few years ago, I bought my family in town because of various facilities. There was a trader in front of our building, and within a few days, I acknowledged that the trader was my distant relative. For the relationship, I used to buy things from the trader. He was a sweet talker, and his behavior was quite good. Once, I ordered some products from him, and for some reason, I needed to pay a visit to another shop. For curiosity, I asked the price of those products in that shop that I ordered in his shop. I was shocked to realize that the trader used to charge me extra for every product, and the difference was quite good. In that day, I canceled all the orders and told him that what he had done was not good. I told him also that I would not buy any products from him as he played with my trust. I was one of his permanent customers, and hearing those words, his facial actions, was quite pathetic, like he felt guilty. Whatever, I didn't buy anything from the trader. In fact, I buy products from other traders in front of him. I think it's the best way to punish him. I think no trader deceived me like him for a long time. That was the worst experience of mine with a trader.

Some traders can be funny; imagine selling things at a higher rate to you that's even a relative, which simply means the trader only cares about himself and not the relationship shared.
For the first trader, the good experience you had was very insightful, and I love the fact that you purchased things there every time you were sent out to get things.
Some traders are greedy and they only think about the profit and they actually don't care about the relation with the customer. That's why they don't hesitate to cheat with customer.

Some traders are keen in deceiving and cheating their customers and when the truth is exposed, some feel guilty about it but in the end, they lose a customer, if not two. The behaviors of a trader would determine whether to keep a customer or not.
Indeed, some traders cheat for the greed and and wise trader should not do that because it's not good for a trader in long term. So, the behavior is very important in business.
