So if we want to survive, we need the help of science as well as technology.
Using the technology, the quality of seeds can be increased, which can offer us high production. Additionally, it's proven that various kinds of fertilizer are very effective in giving us massive production. Genetically modified organisms can ensure maximum production without decreasing the nutritional value. It is carefully researched if it has any harmful impact on the human body or not before such a thing is available for everyone. There are many other ways, but those ways are not as accurate as GMOs.
There are some hormonal treatments also that can boost the growth of plants and animals that we eat as food. Such a thing is very popular in recent days, but according to the opinion of people, the taste is different. I am not good at saying something about taste, so I am not sharing my opinion here about it.
Technology helps us to select the best seeds. Now we have fertilizer that can boost the production of food. Moreover, we have various kinds of chemicals that we use to protect food from harmful insects. After harvesting, we have various kinds of preservatives, including chemical preservatives that allow us to preserve food for a long time without getting rotten. From this perspective, technology is a blessing for us and trying to help us by giving a helping hand. Farmers need to spend money for fertilizer smart the result they get is more than enough to recover the cost of fertilizer. So it's profitable; yes, it's very helpful to increase quantity.
Let's talk about the quality of food. Using technology in food production should be no harm to us, or it should be very little that can't be a threat to humans. I think resisting the help of technology for food production is complete foolishness because it will lead us to a dead end. I think educating farmers and training them is very necessary; they should know how to use technological support properly because improper handling brings the opposite result of what we expect. And in the case of preservatives, I think every food should be checked carefully, and law enforcement should be active to catch those greedy businessmen who use those preservatives that are harmful to health.

Yes, food cannot be overlooked at all. Food gives us what we wanted in life. Following the normal route of food production, it wouldn't have been possible to produce large numbers of food at a go. This is why we need science.
In this present time we can't think about live without the touch of science even if it's for the food. But I think if we make the right use of it we can get the best output without decreasing the nutritional value.
