Certain experiences in life have led me to develop a deep dislike for medicine and the people who work in this field, namely, doctors. Because of this, I make every possible effort to avoid these matters. I might be wrong in your view for feeling this way, but I have my reasons.
As I mentioned, I try to keep myself away from these things, so I make every possible effort to rely on natural remedies when I’m unwell and avoid using any kind of medicine. This is because medicines have side effects and can even be life-threatening. I've seen many cases in my life where people have suffered kidney failure due to medications and, in the end, lost their lives.
A similar incident happened with my brother. Thankfully, it wasn’t too severe. This was some time ago—I was planning to attend a friend’s wedding in another city, and I chose to travel by train. My brother came to drop me off at the railway station, but he wasn’t feeling well that day. He had a cold and cough, so he had taken some medicine from a pharmacy. At the station, I noticed he wasn’t looking well, so I asked him about it, but he said it was nothing. I think he didn’t want me to cancel my plans to attend the wedding. Of course, if I had known he wasn’t feeling well, I would have canceled my trip to the other city.
The train had just started, and as soon as my brother left the railway station and headed towards the parking area, he began to feel dizzy and collapsed right there. He tried to get up but fell again. Thankfully, by the grace of ALLAH, some of his friends were coming to meet him at the station. When they arrived, they found him unconscious, and the people around had already called the rescue team. When the rescue team arrived and checked him, they found out that the medicine he had taken had reacted badly, causing a severe reaction. His body hair stood on end, and it had become difficult for him even to walk.
When I found out, I became extremely worried. I called a few of my cousins and asked them to reach him at the station, and I wished I could stop the train and go back. Until I got news that he was feeling better, I was restless, constantly thinking about him and repeatedly checking in with my cousins.

I don't like taking drugs as well, but when I am down with a fever or malaria, I wouldn't have a choice but to take medicine, which almost took my life some years back.
