Can you believe that my life has been revolving around this topic for the past two days? I had no idea that this would be the first topic for Hive Learners this week. Today, this topic popped up when I came to Discord and clicked on the contest tab. At first, I was surprised at how the Hive Learners team knew that this topic and related things had been happening in my life for the past two days.
What happened was that yesterday morning, I picked up my phone and was using Telegram. As you all know these days, the tap-tap games on Telegram are really popular, and almost everyone is playing them. I was also playing one of those games when suddenly my phone turned off. My phone is 4 years old, and these days, if it shuts down, it takes a lot of effort to turn it back on. I thought maybe the battery had died, but then I remembered that the phone was almost 80% charged. After trying for 10-15 minutes, I managed to turn it on, but it was working very slowly. I checked the apps and realized that almost 95% of my phone's memory was full, and that's why it was working so slowly.
When I started deleting apps, I was shocked to see that my phone had 10-12 apps just for editing pictures and videos. I couldn’t remember when I had downloaded them or when I even needed them. But as the apps kept appearing in front of me, I deleted them one by one, thinking that they were of no use to me. I don’t take many photos, and I don’t edit them. I don’t even like doing that.
I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings by saying that these apps are useless. For some people, these apps might be essential, and someone's livelihood might even depend on photos edited through these apps. However, for me, these apps were completely useless, and I didn’t need them, so I deleted all of them. Besides that, there were also a few games that I had downloaded but hadn't opened in a long time, so I deleted them as well. And believe me, it made no difference in my life because I wasn’t using those apps. This had a positive impact on my life. My phone’s speed has improved, and the apps no longer hang while running.
My request to all of you is to clean up your phone once a month and delete any extra or useless apps you have. This will improve your mobile user experience, extend your phone’s life, and reduce the burden on it.

Yeah, too much app on phone drains battery when not properly optimized and also they also take lots of space which can make the phone malfunction.

OMG😳12 photo editing apps. Why would you have installed so many apps? If you want to do normal photo editing then you can get good editing options in the Camera gallery itself and then nowadays there is no need for these editing applications because there are many such websites online where you can add many editing effects to your photo. According to me, keeping so many applications is also an excessive load on the phone memory.
