Your article is literally what I have been trying to explain in some articles I commented on with the same topic but a different narrative. Your mindset, should be common because it's the truth, its time management them make it seem the way it is, the only other contributing factor is if the individual in question loves the jobs or the environment in which he works.
Honestly every employee or upcoming business owner or whatever your position is or your planning to get to, Time management is key to getting things done easily and finding time for other things although some conditions are unrealistic, I do believe each company put that into perspective if not they should be sued.
For some reason it seems like a luxury but it will be worth it if we can just take time to master it.
