Many years ago Dove ποΈ was mentioned in the Biblical context of Genesis 8: 11 to be the bird to discover land after God ruined the earth with flooding. Dove portrayed here as a messenger and trustworthy animal. Apart from this history, the animal is characterized to be good listener of sounds so many people rear them for fun and entertainment.

I began to develop interest in really dove due to good records that Dove has. So today in this creative Sunday, I decided to put into drawing skills. But I'm not good artist and do not have enough materials for drawing but I decided use white sheet, pencil and a pen to draw White Dove.
Like I had mentioned, simple tools were used. These are:
1β’ White sheet
2β’ pencil
3β’ pen
The process I used to complete the drawing
First was to lay my white sheet on a small white market board in order to get a smooth drawing. I began yo draw the head, the beak and eye and the neck part of the Dove.
Because it was flying, there was no visible legs shown. The legs and its body is streamlined. I drew the dorsal part, the chest and the wings using the pencil.
I finally drew the caudal that's the tail region and all the feathers. This comprises of drawing of quill and puff of feathers.the left and right wing was opened upwards to make it look exactly as it's fly in the sky.
Colouring was a bit difficult for me since I didn't have the requisite materials for painting. I was compelled to use blue ink to paint the edges of the Dove. That's the feathers to make the Dove look a little bit real. Ideally the white Dove should portray original white in colour. That means I needed paint the background either blue of sea blue. But, I didn't have the blue paint to this job.
I began the painting from the back feathers. This was to use of the light pen by marking from the the upward region downwards. Till I got the desire painting.
Not perfect as the various artists would do thiers but think it isn't bad too. My shortfall was not getting enough materials for painting. i should have planned ahead to get all these materials down before drawing. I believe if I had the opportunity to draw again I'll get down enough painting materials before I'll even begin.

The drawing with pencil was really good, I feel like you should have left it that way.. It still looks good with pen but I kinda prefer that of the pencil π .
