Hey Everyone!!
Visiting the Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat temple in Kripalu Dham Mangarh, Uttar Pradesh, was a truly divine experience. This temple, located between Ayodhya and Prayagraj, is the birthplace of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, the Fifth Original Jagadguru in Indian history. The entire area is filled with peace, beauty, and devotion, making it a perfect place for spiritual seekers and devotees.
The temple complex is massive, and new buildings are still under construction. The surroundings are beautifully decorated with flowers and greenery. Walking through the temple grounds, I saw many statues depicting special moments from Shri Krishna’s life. Each statue was crafted with great detail, making it feel as if those divine moments were coming to life.
One of the major attractions of this temple is the stunning white temple, dedicated entirely to Shri Krishna. Unfortunately, by the time we reached, it was closed, so we could not see the interiors. However, even from the outside, its beauty was breathtaking. The intricate carvings and pure white structure stood out magnificently under the bright blue sky.
Another temple, built with red stone, was partially dedicated to Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj and Shri Krishna’s life moments. Photography was not allowed inside, but the atmosphere inside was truly divine. There were also other buildings like an auditorium where meditation and satsangs take place. Some buildings, like the museum, are still under construction and will add more value to this sacred place once completed.
One of the things that impressed me the most was the gardening and flowers throughout the temple complex. Beautiful flowers were spread across every corner, filling the air with fragrance. There were speakers placed among the plants playing devotional songs and bhajans, creating a peaceful and spiritual environment. The temple also had a separate forest area for growing flowering plants, an Amra Vatika (mango orchard), and a vegetable garden. These places were fenced, and visitors were not allowed inside.
Being at this temple was a deeply peaceful and calming experience. The serene atmosphere and positive energy made me feel relaxed, forgetting all worries and stress. In today’s fast-paced world, where life is filled with chaos, places like these remind us to slow down and connect with our inner selves. I feel truly lucky to have visited this temple, and I hope to return many times in the future.
Looks like you had a great visit to the JKP temple! It does look peaceful and pleasing to the eye. So many colors!
I love to learn about cultures that I do not know about. I found the website for the JKP and I am about to do some reading there.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts and awesome pics about this temple complex! :)
I'm so impressed with your interests for learning about cultures. You just found the right website. The pictures of temple that I have shared is one of the three beautiful temples build by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu where he born. The most important temple for Krishna devotees is the Prem Mandir in Vrindavan which is the dream of each devotee.
Thank🤗 you so much for being here and sharing the link with me as I myself was not aware of this website.
Thanks for your reply!
I did not know about the Prem Mandir temple but I see that it is very big, sitting on a 50 acre site. And it seems that it was just built and opened in recent years. I hope you get to go there someday if that is something you want to do. :)
I have heard of Krishna before but I admit to not knowing much. I am reading this wikipedia article now: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radha_Krishna
It is a good place to start and I now know a little more that I did before. :)
Happy Valentine's Day if that is something you celebrate!
It's great to see you interest. Thank you so much 😊 and happy valentine's day❤️.
