Life is a mystery to we all, no one knows when he or het will die but unhealthy home can cut a life short.
All homes should always practice personal hygiene, most home take this word (hygiene) common but it saves life when practiced.
Our body is a system which is 100% efficient from birth but depreciated while time goes on and over 70% of diseases today is as a result of what passes through our mouth down to our stomach (in which our hand serves as a medium).
Everyone needs to practice personal hygiene, if you want to build a healthy family.
OUR BODY FIRST..
- Eat a nice and healthy meals
- Brush your mouth minimum of 2 times daily
- bathe minimum of 2 times daily
- Have an exercise schedule and keep to it
- Keep your nails clean and well cut always
- Buy your toiletries, always smell nice
- Never repeat a cloth if not washed
- Never repeat your undies if not washed.
- Shave's and keep your hairs neat.
- Wash your hands after having interaction with people or after stepping out to pick up things.
- Always remember to Sanitize your remotes (TV and more) if you are type that always welcome friends home.
- Drink a nice water
2ND : OUR TOILET.
- Wash your toilet twice a week (Minimum)
- Have separate slippers for your toilet
- Have 3 or more towel and never use any more than a week.
- Ensure a proper drying of your towel before used the next day
3RD : OUR KITCHEN
Clean your kitchen everyday, endeavor to wash all plate used immediately after used or within 24 hours been used to prevent the present of cockroach or insects
Have a separate slippers for kitchen.
4TH: OUR PARLOUR/ROOM/OUTER ENVIRONMENT
- Sweep your whole environment ( room/parlor and environment) daily.
- Ensure a proper arrangement of everything in the house to avoid harzard
- Avoid illegal connection of electricity
A HEALTHY HOME = LONG LIFE AND PROSPERITY ♥️
Showering twice a day is a bit much, you can damage your skin if you shower too often with soap because the natural layer of fat and therefore your protection is destroyed. once a day is completely sufficient. Don't forget to disinfect your smartphone every now and then.
