Yesoo, you guys are amazing
I even personally collected Plantains from my last travel to the village, dried it and grinded it with the help of my neighbor

I have almost two baskets of Amala (grinded Plantain) at home... Omor I don't know how to cook Ewedu Sha
But I'm blending it steadily with okra soup๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
Till I see someone that will teach me how to make it

I'm happy to hear you had a memorable stay๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„. Plantain flour is a good Amala flour. I usually recommend it to my diabetic patients because of its high fiber.
You see that ewedu, its the simplest soup to make. Just watch one YouTube video and you are good to go.
