I stopped jogging after my third cesarean section. I find it so unease and always feel pains within 5 minutes. So it has been walking a long distance for me, especially in the evening. I am not too regular on this part but at least twice a week, a take a long walk to stretch my bones and muscles and feel more relaxed.

That's right, I also really like walking. and I've felt the benefits.
