My secondary education was in an all boys school so naive and innocent within the four corners fence of my school, never got to see outside the walls.
After my graduation I couldn't relate with the outside world that well I was always quite didn't know how to express myself so I had to create an imaginary friend in my mind I also felt intimidated then thought of a solution which I thought might be helpful. Whenever I invited to a gathering I'd get a bit tipsy so to over come fears at first it started going well, unfortunately I had this friend a pharmacist who had assess to hard drugs and started supplying me from time to time I was good with it neve did I know how far I've gone that I couldn't turn back from what I've started “ADDICTION” that was a very tough one for me

I battled with addiction without letting anyone one about it sometimes I sit with my family but my mind is far away, I'm looking at you but not listening to you by this time I wasn't the one using the substance but rather the substance was using me and I couldn't get a hold of myself because I'm far into it already.

One thing I never considered was I needed support and guidance from other people.

I tried to stop but I couldn't do it on my own so I became more inspired after I read a book online started setting up goals cutting of days, I used the substance, watching inspirational videos helped to build up my self esteem and opening up my mind to accept change. I pushed my body so hard I never expected I could stop it was actually a miracle to my life because I really can't explain fully.

we can create a more compassionate environment for those navigating tough times. Together.
let's strive to break the stigma, foster hope, and empower individuals to overcome addiction and reclaim their lives.
My advice to all those battling with addiction, right now is to be self motivated boast up your self esteem and seek guidance and solitude from someone you trust and feel comfortable with.

May all our tough times reach to an end. Thank you!!!
