Good day everyone! This is going to be 48th week of the Hive Learners Prominent Author Of The Week campaign.
So What is The Prominent Author of The Week About?
The aim of the Prominent Author of the Week is to reward five great contents of authors shared from our weekly prompts in the community. This way, we get to encourage authors to be more active and try to be the best they can be in their content creation.
How Would The Initiative Run?
- 5 Posts/Authors would be selected from the weekly prompts (including creative sunday posts) every week
- Every Thursday night, we would be sharing announcements for the five winning authors
- All five selected authors would be rewarded with lazy-panda curation trail upvotes.
This author, @xlety talks about family dinner and why it is very important to them. According to the author, this is a tradition that has been in their family for as long as they can remember. The author also goes further to tell us how they find it a bit unsatisfactory to eat alone as they have always eaten together as a family, most especially at night when grandma was serving her delicacies.
Pacience is needed when dealing with children.
This author, @gwajnberg talks about disciplining a child as a parent. According to the author, there are various methods one could go about disciplining their kids. The author goes further to tell us different stories of the times their kids had gone against their wishes and how he and his spouse had gone about it. Lastly, the author made sure to mention how unreal it is to use physical violence to discipline a child because it can be very traumatic for them.
THE ENDURING IMPACT OF MUSIC WITH DEPTH
This author talks about the music industry and the impact the lyrics have on we listeners. According to the author, many of these artists are no longer focused on making good music but are more interested in the money they make out of it. And this has made them pay less attention to the lyrics and more on the business side of it. The author also goes further to talk about the importance of hiring a good music writer as not every good musician is a good music writer.
The Art of Positive Parenting: A Delicate Balance
This author, @nhaji01 talks about her upbringing and how she and her siblings were trained as kids. The author tells us about how effective her parents' system was on them growing up but how she'd like to do some stuff a bit differently when she eventually gets kids of her own.
In this post, this author @hadianoor tapped into their creative side as they show us how to do a really nice DIY. The author gives us a tutorial on how to make a mouse, using nothing but colored clay.
