Good day everyone! This is going to be 59th week of the Hive Learners Prominent Author Of The Week campaign.

So What is The Prominent Author of The Week About?

When silence is not the best answer

This author, @xlety talks about the hate we get and if it will be okay for us to take legal actions for it. The author gives us their thoughts on the topic, telling us about the few times they've been a victim of hate, not just online but also in the real world. The author goes further to tell us about how they don't think all forms of hate require legal actions but also that sometimes in a bid to protect our mental health, we do have to stand up for ourselves, even if that requires taking legal steps.

Do you hate me? Your problem

Still on the topic of hate, this author @michupa has a simpler way to approach it. According to the author, ignoring them is always the best thing to do in situations like this and this is simply because you can't please everybody. The author also goes further to tell us that although ignoring them can be effective, choosing to go the legal way is another really good option, especially if they're refusing to let you be.
