Hello everyone, how are you doing today? This is going to be Week 38, Edition 02 of our Weekly Featured Content.

So, last week Saturday we had the last hangout that was just so much fun we did not want it to come to an end. We are currently on our second topic for this week which is, “EBOOKS VS PAPERBACKS”.

But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last one which was “A TRUE STORY”. This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us one true story that happened either in their lives or in the lives of people they know personally.

We got to read many stories, some were funny, some were heart warming and then there were the ones that were sad. We all have different stories to tell, and it was made evident in this topic.

For this topic, we went through every entry post, and that is every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w38e1 tags. And with the number of wonderful posts out there it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. And so, the posts that will be featured not just for their exceptional content, but also for their level of engagement with other authors will be listed below:

A CHILDHOOD RECOLLECTION by @devowriter

This author took us back to his childhood with two beautiful and touching stories. Tthe first was about the first time he got into a fistfight with a bully, that fight would become imprinted in his brain, and for good reason. And the second story was about how he had gotten lost while trying to trace the source of a river. This particular one was quite humorous. You can find out more when you read the full story.

CINEMA EXPERIENCE by @stellageorge

This author told us about the day she had gone to see the movie Doctor Strange: Multiverse Of Madness in the cinema with her sister. She spoke about the experience and how that moment had meant a lot to her. It was a happy occasion and one that she did not forget in a hurry.

FROM SCAMMER’S DEN TO POLICE DEN by @glorydee

For this author, she shared a harrowing tale of how she and her mother had been accosted by scammers and almost robbed of all they had. Until the Police intervened. But it turns out their troubles were not over, because they were accused of being accomplices to the same people that had been trying to scam them. You can learn how they managed to escape when you read the full story.

All of the above contents were supported by our official curation account @lazy-panda with an extra amount. “We all know how far the world has come with regards to reading, you don't have to be hurling books all over the place anymore. You can carry your library around in your pocket. So which do you prefer? Reading from your phone or reading from a traditional book? State your reasons.”
