Imagine disposing your toilet waste at the back of your house forgetting that the single act could turn into a number of things and create health problems for you. It's gutter behaviour. Very disgusting!
I wish the government also included fines and punishments for rose who go ahead to being about these environmental pollution. I assume that's the only way to make people comply in this society of ours.
