Is there any mandatory service in my country?

So the answer is NO.There is not any mandatory service in my country. I was not aware of mandatory services unless i became fan of KPOP BAND BTS. I used to watch their every video and get to know about every update. Then i got to know that BTS band also joined country's military. After that i became aware that what's actually mandatory service.

Interestingly, i am also having a mandatory service as i am part of BTS Army 😂. I thought that why there is no mandatory service in my country. Even the neighboring countries don't have mandatory service.

In my household, we have a mandatory service which is teaching during your summer break vacations. My parents always give motivation to be self sufficient. My brother did teaching job in nearby school during his summer vacations. My father advised him to join school to get teaching experience and to have a sense of responsibility. My brother also gave motivation to me to join school.

Last year, In summer break i joined Allied School. It is the same school in which my brother did job. The most difficult thing was to come out of comfort zone. I think it's difficult for everyone to shred it's comfort zone. I still remember my interview day when i was fully nervous and clueless about questions. Somehow, i made my way to classes and from the next day i started teaching students. I took English subject to teach the students.

It was really a different and evolving experience for me as i learned so many things from my students. It was an experience to manage all of them in a nicer and polite way. It helped me to control my own anger and to deal with them nicely. It was more like a training to unlearn taboos and to learn things gracefully. My colleagues were older and experienced than me. I noticed their way of teaching and dealing. Their ways inspired me a lot and i learned the tactics to set a student friendly environment.

Teaching was a bit challenging task for me as i have to do preparations and i have to be always ready for any question that is coming my way. Sometimes i was able to answer their questions but in some situations i have to manage the answer. When i was student in school i used to think that teaching is very easy job but after joining this job i found that it is job of discipline and punctuality.

In this journey, my mother helped me a lot as she was always there to make me ready to go in the early mornings. She always kept ready breakfast on the table. Moreover, School principal also trained me like i am his children. The day when i got my salary, my eyes became filled with tears because it was the salary of my own hard work. It was the salary of days when i pushed myself to go to work. I became grateful to Allah Almighty and i handed over my first salary to my parents.

This was a service which i did !
Thank you so much for reading my story.

Reading should also be included in the list of essential services because it is a very difficult task as it provides us training on how we can explain our thoughts to the other person. If we can explain our thoughts to children younger than us, then later on we will be able to say our thoughts in a clear manner so that the other person can understand our thoughts properly.

Apart from this the thing about BTS Arm was quite funny, here in India also many young girls are big fans of BTS Army, but despite being so popular, I have never seen a single video of BTS Army till date.🤣🤣

I completely agree with your point. It truly sharpens our ability to communicate.

As for the BTS Army, it’s hilarious how they’re so popular globally. Yet some people, like you, have never even watched a single video of theirs. It's fascinating how trends can be so widespread, yet not everyone gets involved. 😂😂

There isn't any mandatory service in your country? That's cool. In my country Nigeria, it isn't really compulsory (but necessary) as only graduates get to go for the one year service.. Even that is still by choice.. The graduate can decide to go or not to go.
