Alot of People have left your work because of the stress that comes out of it and the tireless efforts without fruitful outcome it always discourage them from keep going and dismotivate them from putting more efforts. Sometime the effort they put are more than supposed to be which make them to end of experiencing a burnout in their workplace, workplace burnout is something that can discourage someone or can actually make someone develop hatred for his or her work and this can happen in a way that you will never have option or another choice than living the work totally. Sometime people who do their work with passion end up hitting it because of the stressed or burnout involved in the working place. There are persons in their working place they do almost all of the works and get paid below their efforts this we not only discourage them rather it will bring about a doubt in the work place and the individual involvement might end up being born out in the workplace, developing hatred for the work or not getting interest in doing the work again
However, there are many tips which one can use to overcome workplace burnout no matter how stressful the work may look like in just all about understanding the nature of the work and implementing the necessary tips to stay fits and not break down in workplace. Our health should be the main priority of every individual because if we are not healthy there is no way we can continue with those work even though they are stressful or not stressful Health matters a lot which will be very much important and helpful to get a work done, therefore we should try as much as possible to avoid anything that can lead to work burnouts. There are many tips and I will be talking about some of them below
Understanding the nature of the work will help you maintain good health and fit during work. A lot of people do not understand the nature of their work rather they keep on doing what the think that is what should be done and the end up being stressed and burnout out of ignorance. If we can understand the nature of our works we can easily avoid stress and much stressful efforts rather we can put in necessary efforts and come out with a good work results other than suffering and gets burnout.
Division of labor: In a working environment I believe that you should not be the only one who is might to be working there, no matter how small an organization or a working place should be there are group of individual who make it up, a proper division of labour or duties will definitely reduce workplace burnouts and you will focus on a particular thing and execute it with ease. But it is unfortunate how many of us are jack of all trade, master of none. There should be a limit set in every work place no matter the amount of money you have been paid there should be a limit to your work, by this way you will not get burnout or stressed over your work because the work which you do should be the source of joy and not one which is stress your life out. Meanwhile, we should try to create a balance between our working Activity.

It is terrible how a person is made to do jobs that should be designated to a number of persons. More terrible is how the jobs could all be under different role placements. That division of labor is necessary. It's humans, not machines. Even machines require turned off so they can cool off.
