What Government own is controlled by government and Private sectors are own by individual or group of individuals. In our society today alot of sectors have come into practice and Activities, almost all the sectors have both government and Private sectors in them, they all work to achieve similar or better still same Goal but what differs is the way they operate. Alot people choose government sectors over private sectors when it get to school and power but others may also prefer private sectors the other way round, I will not be specific to any side, rather I will be pointing out the slightly different between government sectors and private sectors. Although this two work in hand in hand because the private owned sectors needs the government sectors to keep growing and serving the general society well.
The government sectors are less expensive in all ramifications, be it school, power or Health sectors. As a medical practitioner I can boldly say much about the cost of accessibility of Health care services in the government and Private sectors because I have been opportune to practice in both. Most of the time you get to find out that the private sectors focus more on what they will make (income) over the care or service the are giving. My nursing school was my first government owned school I have ever attend, but I will say it for free, the school fee we paid was 3 times lesser than what Private Nursing school in the same state were paying. There is one other thing about government sectors and their service, the government worker are training professioners who are might for the Job. For example, is the health sectors and educational sectors, the teachers in government sectors are training before you can be employed for teaching, same as the Health sectors own by government most of the time the health practitioner are BSC holders. But there is one edge I have for the government sectors which is A Goat own by public dies of hunger and that's the one thing the government sectors are suffering from..
Private Sectors, They are own by individual or group of individuals who brought out their own money to invest in the particular sector. They focus more on making profit which is the reason private Sectors are always expensive. They can't go into competition with the government sectors rather they try to adjust to the process of the government sectors and do their things the way they think it's best for them. In the most private Sectors hospital you get almost every service in need but the fair Truth is that, the service rended might be from quack, because the private Sectors tend to reduce expenses from their end, so that they can be able to maintain their work flow thereby increase the cost of accessing the service to consumers. However, private Sectors are straight forward and they give their service the way it should be. In many cases they are things the you find in the government sectors needed for efficient work flow but you will not find it, but down to private Sectors, you will find it at ease. That's why I will advise people around me, if you are in need of a service and you have the resources to get it go for private Sectors because they will make sure they don't lose a client but government sectors don't care about that..
I will not take any of the sectors over another, Because they are places where one is better than one and those situations will not be over look, however depends on the situation at hand you will be able to choose the sector you will love to get your service from, maybe government sectors or private Sectors. It is quite curious to read the opinion of how things work in Nigeria in this regard, because in Venezuela it is complemently different, private services are of superior quality. And very well said, each person will use the services according to their situation, here in my country to choose public services it is definitely condemned to death, because they are the worst thing that may exist.

I can't agree less with your points. Truly the government bodies often employ the educated and those fit for the job. The aim is to provide proper service for the community but today it's not like that. Most of the people in government hospitals are only qualified by certificates but not in the skill. Well, I pray this change.
