Hello guys, I am here again to talk about trust issues but before going into it in details, what does Trust really mean to most people, so for me trust is a belief one has to another person and for you to gain someone trust, you must be a person of integrity and with that the level of trust which people will have for you will surely grow day by day. So what can make trust issue arise, it is so unfortunate to see people we trust before now having doubt in them and suspecting everything about them to be false.
What are those things that arise with trust issues
I won't be listing one after the other but I will be explaining everything in paragraph to make it more full. When you have trust issue with someone, it is believed that the person is a betrayal and All comes to the mind about the person is nothing but a betrayal. But one can't just have trust issues with people without passing through somethings that have made them start feeling that way. One of the characteristics of someone having a trust issue is that they feel overprotective for their loved ones and they believe the person who they have the trust issue with will cause harm to their loved ones.
They don't love relating with others, those with trust issue love doing things on their own and they don't like carrying anybody along when doing something because they feel no one is meant to be trusted and people change from time to time so they can't predict. They can even go to the extent of isolating themselves from people and sometimes feel lonely.
What can be done to overcome trust issue
People dwell on what happen to them in the past and they use that things to judge everyone close to them. To overcome this, giving trust a trial again and see how it goes because if someone continue to do this he or she won't have friends or people they can share their problem with.
